The challenge
Meet Alex, Operations Director of Fairway. Alex understood the importance of making Fairway a great place to work and wanted to engage with his employees to understand what they liked about working there and what else he could do to improve it even more.

The solution
After speaking to HR Caddy about how to approach this, we encouraged Alex to launch an annual staff survey. We helped Alex improve communication and engagement with his team by managing the survey every year, from distribution to analysing results and making recommendations. The results provided valuable insight into the things that were important to the employees and suggested ways to address their needs. We created action plans so we could implement some simple and cost-effective solutions.
